               Installation Instructions

  WINDOWS 98/NT/2000/XP:

  * Insert the CD-ROM into the appropriate drive.

  * If autorun is enabled on your computer, installation
    will start automatically.

  * If autorun is not enabled, double-click on the
    My Computer icon.

  * Double-click on the CD-ROM icon.

  * Double-click on the file named SETUP (or SETUP.EXE).

  * Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

  * In Custom Information Dialog, if you have the XConnect
license key, please enter the exact key.  If you do not
have the key, please enter DEMO for the trial version.
The key is usually found on the XConnect CD envelop.
